Reporting to the Country Head in Singapore, you shall provide leadership to a team and be responsible for the overall management of the Corporate and Commercial Banking (CCB) Business for Singapore Operations. This includes charting the department’s business strategy and direction, formulating and implementing business plans to grow CCB profitability. You will also provide direction/ guidance to your team to manage not only the existing CCB banking suite of products and client portfolio to ensure good loan asset quality are maintained at all times but also to identify market opportunities, develop new business lines & products to increase current market share of the business in Singapore.
To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of local business environment with a strong ability to identify solutions and business strategies. In addition, you must have a proven track record in leading a team to drive and grow the CCB business.

A recognized university degree. |
• |
At least 15 years of relevant working experience as a corporate banker; |
• |
Deep knowledge in key business and operations of a full license bank; |
• |
Strong communication and analytical skills with an eye for details; |
• |
Ability to lead a team and work with senior/mid level staff; and |
• |
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are vital assets |
